About these terms

These Terms govern access to and use of the PatientFlow Institute website, platform, assessments, reports and related services.

Practice intelligence purpose

PFI provides structured practice intelligence, assessment and decision-support services.

PFI assessments and related outputs are intended to support understanding, review and decision-making. They do not constitute medical, legal, accounting, financial, regulatory or other professional advice.

No guarantee of outcomes

Assessment outputs, observations, recommendations or reports do not guarantee patient growth, financial performance, regulatory compliance, operational improvement or any other outcome.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that information submitted to PFI is accurate to the best of their knowledge and that they are authorised to provide any information or documents they submit.

Supporting documents

Users should provide only information and documents relevant to the assessment. Unnecessary patient-identifiable information or third-party confidential information should not be submitted unless the user is authorised to provide it and it is necessary for the relevant purpose.

Methodology and evolution

PFI may refine, update and improve its methodologies, classifications, analytical frameworks and products over time. Assessment outputs should be interpreted with reference to the methodology applicable to the relevant assessment.

Historical assessments

Some historical assessments may have been completed using earlier versions of the PFI methodology. Certain information, context or analytical outputs may therefore be unavailable or not directly comparable with outputs generated using later methodology versions. Missing historical information should not automatically be interpreted as evidence of a weakness or strength.

Confidentiality and report use

Reports and practice-specific intelligence outputs may contain confidential information and are intended for authorised use by the relevant recipient.

Intellectual property

The PFI platform, methodologies, analytical frameworks, assessment structures, reports, branding and related intellectual property remain protected in accordance with applicable law and any applicable contractual arrangements.

Links and third-party services

Third-party websites or services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PFI does not accept liability for decisions made solely or primarily in reliance on assessment outputs without appropriate professional judgement and consideration of the relevant circumstances.

Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time and the current version will be published on the website.
